  1. Platter Preparation:

    • Our platters are meticulously styled and thoughtfully assembled, with utmost care taken in handling the produce to adhere to impeccable food safety practices.

  2. Ownership and Responsibility:

    • We assume full ownership of the platters until they are either in our clients’ care or at the designated ready time. Beyond this point, Fig & Kiwi cannot accept responsibility for the produce.

    • When products are received please keep chilled and consume that same day. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. • Consume the platter within 2 hours of setup or delivery.

    • If clients are not present to receive the platter during delivery, we advise placing the table out of direct sunlight and heat.

  4. Seasonal Produce & Supplier Availability:

    • Our carefully selected produce and garnishes are procured weekly, adapting to the changing seasons. As a result the possibility of substitutions due to availability enhance our offering.

    • While most of our menus remain fixed, seasonal changes may occur. Additionally, supplier constraints can impact specific products.

    • Rest assured, we will always find suitable alternatives or use more of another product to compensate.

    • Please inform us of any allergy or dietary requests during checkout.

    • Due to the extensive food handling in our kitchens, we regret that we cannot accommodate allergies that may lead to adverse reactions. The risk of cross-contamination is significant.

    • However, we are committed to ensuring a safe dining experience for all our guests and will endeavor to offer a separate grazing board or product to cater for individual allergy requirements.
