Do you deliver or can I pick up?

You can pick up from Collyweston (PE9 3QS), the full address will be sent with your order confirmation or we can deliver to Stamford and Rutland (PE9 and LE15 postcodes) for a £5 delivery fee.

Delivery to other areas is possible, subject to delivery fee, please contact us to enquire.

How and when do I pay for my order?

Payment Information:

  • Grazing Boards and Boxes: Payment in full is required upon booking, facilitated through our website. Please note that this payment is non-refundable. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request with more than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Grazing Tables: To secure your booking for grazing tables, a 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary. The remaining balance must be settled 14 days before the event. An invoice will be sent via email to confirm your booking and acknowledge receipt of payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellation Requests: We regret to inform you that we are unable to process cancellations. However, if you need to make changes to your order, such as rescheduling to a different date, we can accommodate this based on availability and sufficient notice. Please contact us to discuss.

  • Large or Bespoke Orders: For large or bespoke orders, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date or booking. Typically, this deposit amounts to 50% of the total value. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations. However, if you wish to change the date, we will do our best to accommodate your request within our calendar availability.

  • Our Commitment: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

How do you cater for dietary requirements and/or allergies?

Please note our products are made in a kitchen that handles all main allergens. We do our best to accommodate allergies, however there is a high risk of cross contamination. Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies in the form at checkout. 

Do you cater for vegetarians & vegans?

Absolutely, please let us know your requirements at checkout or contact us to discuss the options available.

How many days in advance can I book online? 

We take large event bookings up to a year in advance.

How much notice do you need for bookings? 

We kindly ask for two days notice please. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders so please contact us and we can see what we can do. 

Are you fully insured and a registered caterer? 

Yes, we are fully insured. We also have current food hygiene and health & safety training requirements. We pride ourselves on having the best standards, ensuring the best produce and food handling.

What's your food hygiene rating?

Will you use images from our event on the Fig & Kiwi social media?

Yes, unless our clients/customers explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event we will use them across our platforms. We will not share photos of a wedding before the Bride & Groom share their photos.

Do you charge VAT?

No, we are a new small sole trader business currently under the VAT threshold.
